Ultra4Europe Media Credentials
To be considered for media credentials for the Ultra4Europe series, please complete the form below. All credential requests must be submitted at least 4–6 weeks prior to the event. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or access. You will receive a follow-up confirmation prior to the event if approved.

General Rules & Requirements

Media Accreditation – Ultra4Europe issues a season-long media accreditation, covering all events. The fees payable are a €25 administration fee and €15 per event alternatively to cover all the events you can pay a one-off fee of €90, which includest he administration and event fees.

Insurance – All media must provide proof of Public Liability and Professional Indemnity coverage of at least €10m equivalent, valid in all countries of the events they are attending. Credentials will not be issued without proof of insurance.

High-Visibility Vests – Provided at the event, must be worn at all times. Anyone not wearing a vest will be asked to leave.

Drone Policy – Drones are only allowed with prior Ultra4Europe approval, valid pilot license, and insurance. Approval will be determined on a per-event basis by the organising club. Unauthorised drone use is prohibited and may result in being banned from future events.
Access & Safety

Trackside Access – Minimum 25 metres from the track unless escorted by a marshal.

Pits & Paddock – Full access, but be respectful of teams.

Hot Race Zones – Access only if escorted by an Official Ultra4Europe media representative.

Prologue Course Access – Permitted for accredited media.

Mandatory Media Safety Briefing – Attendance is required.

Safety Equipment – Accredited media must wear supplied vests. Suitable footwear for terrain is required. No shorts in hot zones. Helmets not required.
Content Submission & Usage

Media are required to provide final un-watermarked images for use in promoting Ultra4Europe events.

Social media links (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and portfolio links are mandatory for credential approval and to be credited when posting.

Note: Season-long passes cover all events. Event-specific passes are possible but will be charged per event plus administration if applicable.
